Our Community Manager team plays a pivotal role in creating a thriving and inclusive Venaspace community, driving value for clients and fostering professional business communities across our sites.

Venaspace is an independent office space provider in the south-west offering modern, contemporary serviced offices. Our locations offer unique office spaces, a sense of community and a professional platform for businesses from start-up to large corporations. Our mix of clients and office sizes are what make us unique. With our client’s businesses at the heart of what we do, we know that negotiating energy contracts and providing a great cup of coffee is a burden lifted from any decision makers plate, so Venaspace provide seamless services, without the bouji vibe.

We are firm believers that the space you work in has a big impact in the overall work you produce, and employee retention is more important now as it has ever been. We work closely with clients to provide their ideal setting for their in order to help them create and innovate!

We’re big eco-thinkers too. We encourage cycling to work in all of our spaces, with secure and plentiful bike storage. We have 57 solar panels covering Venator House, and you’ll find electric car chargers at Wilson House. LED switchless lighting is included in every office and we encourage recycling in all of our kitchens.

By owning all of our spaces, we are able to offer flexibility depending on your business. It’s simple. We provide everything you and your business need to just move right in, we take care of the rest.

Hi, I'm Alex the Founder. I came up with the idea for Venaspace when I relocated from London to Bournemouth. Whilst working in London I used lots of great serviced offices. When I couldn't find anything comparable in Bournemouth I decided to set one up myself. When not working, I can be found trail running and playing golf badly.

Operations Director

Hi, I'm Becca the Operations Director at Venaspace. I oversee the operations and strategy of the Venaspace commercial portfolio and have been working in the industry for over 10 years. I have a passion for great working spaces and providing a market leading client experience. In my spare time, you'll find me in the great outdoors probably on my paddleboard or camping!

Community Manager Team Lead, Bournemouth

Hi, I'm Kat. I'm the Community Manager for our Bournemouth offices. I joined Venaspace in January 2022 when I also moved over to Bournemouth, which has been my dream for the past few years. I came over to the UK from Bulgaria in 2014 to study at the University of Portsmouth and since my graduation, I have been working in the Commercial Property Lettings sector and enjoy every aspect of it - from day-to-day operations to project management and customer service. On weekends, you will find me in the dancing hall practising traditional Bulgarian dances and exploring the wonderful nature and coastlines across the South West.

Finance & Operations Assistant

Hi, I’m Nina the Finance & Operations Assistant. I look after the finances and day-to-day administration across the Venaspace portfolio. I joined the team after studying bookkeeping and wanting to dive head-first into a varied accounting role. In my spare time, you can usually find me with a cryptic crossword, crocheting or watching quiz shows.

Finance Manager

Hi, I'm Malgorzata. I'm the Finance Manager at Venaspace. I joined the team in August 2022 after maternity leave. I am responsible for the 360 running of the finance function across the Venaspace portfolio. I am experienced in performing a full range of financial concerns with history of working in the leisure, travel and tourism industry. In my spare time you can find me wandering around with my daughter. I am also a keen runner and challenges seeker.

Community Manager - Exeter

Hi, I'm Laura. I'm the Community Manager for Venaspace in Exeter. Having previously worked as a community manager both in my hometown of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and in Exeter, I joined the Venaspace family in August 2023. Outside of work, I love travelling and spending time with friends and family, being outdoors and supporting my favourite football team, Boca Juniors.

Community Manager - Plymouth

Hello! I’m Kerry and I’m the Community Manager at The Apex. I joined the Venaspace family in January 2024 and absolutely love it. I’ve lived in Plymouth for my whole life and couldn’t think of anywhere better to be! It’s great to be so close to the sea but also to the moors as well. Outside of Community Manager life, I enjoy spending time with my family including my Beagle called Cheddar! We like to go on lots of local walks and always end in the pub for a pint or two 🍻

Trainee - Community Manager

Hello, I'm Matty, serving as the Trainee Community Manager for Venaspace in Plymouth and Exeter. I began my journey with Venaspace one day a week in September 2023 during my college course, transitioning to full-time in December of the same year. Apart from my work here, I'm passionate about entrepreneurship, delving into areas like property development and blockchain technology. Additionally, I've always been fascinated by technology, from tinkering with computers to experimenting with 3D printing. I find it Incredibly satisfying turning ideas into tangible creations using cutting-edge technology.
