There’s a fresh face at The Mount!
You heard from Claire last week during her To Conference Or Not blog post but now it’s time to get formally acquainted! Claire (nickname CJ) joined us at the start of 2019 as the Community Manager at our 16,000 sqft Exeter property, The Mount.
Having already hit the ground running and acclimating herself into the Venaspace life, we thought it would be a great time to get a few words from our latest addition to the team! Read on to find out how Claire is settling in!
How are you getting on?
I think the biggest challenge so far has been getting used to the size of the building- its a bit bigger than you anticipate and there is so much going on that no two days are the same. Sometimes I get in and it feels like its almost home time before I've had a chance to turn around!
Since joining the team at the end of 2018 it’s been a bit of a whirlwind meeting the businesses already settled here at the Mount-Exeter, getting to know the Venaspace team and putting that little touch of "Claire" on the reception space.
Tell us about your background?
My background has always been operations- dealing with the day to day problems that arise and planning for the future. I'm a little bit of a dot the I and cross the T type of girl, always looking for the next little task to get checked off the list which has, so far, been a real asset here at the Mount-Exeter.
A word from Claire
I cant wait to get to know everyone better and wanted to say my door is always open for a chat- because with my 5 fluent languages talking is one of my favourite things to do!
