Hi, I'm Kat. I'm the Community Manager for our Bournemouth offices. I joined Venaspace in January 2022 when I also moved from Portsmouth to Bournemouth. I came over to the UK from Bulgaria in 2014 to study at the University of Portsmouth and since my graduation, I have been working in the Commercial Property Lettings sector and enjoy every aspect of it - from day-to-day operations to project management and customer service. On weekends, you will find me in the dancing hall practising traditional Bulgarian dances and exploring the wonderful nature and coastlines across the South West.

Venator House is my favourite one out of our 3 Bournemouth buildings because the location is so convenient and close to everything! During my lunch break I can choose from taking a walk to the beach, going to the high street for a quick shopping haul or meeting a friend in one of the many local restaurants and cafes. If keeping active is important to you and your team, I would highly recommend the Bournemouth Gardens tennis courts which are a stone’s throw away, along with the Meyrick Park Golf Club and The Club Gym.

Nestled between the Bournemouth Town Hall and Meyrick Park, Venator House is very easily accessible from the Wessex Way, the main Bournemouth road. The bus stops are only a couple of minutes from from here and there are also Beryl bikes stations all around if you fancy cycling to and from work, but you don’t own a bike.
The town square and the Bournemouth gardens are just a stones throw from Venator House.
