How Do I Book a Meeting Room?

Members

Log in to your Nexudus portal for bookings for our onsite meeting rooms.

Non-Members

You can book any of our onsite meeting rooms via the “Book a space” link on our website.

How Do I Cancel a Meeting Room?

Meeting Rooms Up To 6 People

Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation start time. Cancellations that fall outside of these times may not be refundable.

Conference Rooms

Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 5 working days before the booking start date. No cancellation Fee shall be payable. In the event that you cancel your Booking less than 5 working days, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fee for that booking shall be payable. If catering (food orders) have been arranged, those will not be refundable.

Do you offer coworking?

Coworking for non-members in our Members Hub (including hot desking) is available on a members referral basis. Please speak to our Community Manager team to find out if we can work together.

How Flexible is "Flexible"?

Depending on the space and the location, we think we’re the most flexible provider you will find. Our small team can make quick decisions so if you need a space for as little as a week, it may well be something we can do for you. Traditionally our licence terms are either 1, 3, 6 or 12 months but we can be as flexible as you need.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

1 month’s deposit and the first month’s licence fee are due before moving into your space.

Are there any charges outside of the office licence fee?

Yes. There are additional charges for parking spaces and we can quote you for our in-house cleaning team to clean your office (depending on your requirements). Everything else is covered as part of the licence fee.

How Do You Price Your Offices?

Our offices are simply priced at market rates, not per person. Some of our spaces have stunning BBQ terraces, beautifully designed boardrooms or some other (very cool) features, so these spaces are typically more of a premium, but our prices are low and very competitive.

What can I do with my office?

You can design your space however you would like, we just ask that any major changes are discussed with our Community Team beforehand and that the space is returned in its original condition when you leave us.

How quickly can I move in?

This depends on the space but we can usually turn offices around in 24 hours.

When can I access my office?

You will have 24/7 access to your office. With our access control system, you have control over who can enter your office on the days and hours you like. Our Members Hubs are open 24/7 too. Our Community Manager team are on site from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Will I have WiFi in my office?

Yes, all of our offices have secured WiFi, specific to you. You will receive 30MBS as standard. We can cater for most IT setups, including designated internet, CAT5 (where available) and static IP’s.
