Designed to suit medium to larger businesses, Wilson House features modern colour schemes, private sun terraces and a communal roof terrace for everyone to enjoy. In summer 2023 we completed a transformation of our communal spaces. By creating an ambience that resonates with nature, our aim was to provide our members with an inspiring workspace that encourages them to bring their best selves to work each day.
All offices have floor to ceiling windows to allow as much of the natural light in. The surrounding trees also set a natural scenic backdrop and keep the offices cooler during hot summer days.
LED lighting is fitted throughout and our centre is powered partly by the sunshine by our 18.9kW Solar PV system with 60 panels.

Hi, I'm Kat. I'm the Community Manager for our Bournemouth offices. I joined Venaspace in January 2022 when I also moved from Portsmouth to Bournemouth. I came over to the UK from Bulgaria in 2014 to study at the University of Portsmouth and since my graduation, I have been working in the Commercial Property Lettings sector and enjoy every aspect of it - from day-to-day operations to project management and customer service. On weekends, you will find me in the dancing hall practising traditional Bulgarian dances and exploring the wonderful nature and coastlines across the South West.
