The Apex Project Update April 2022

Venaspace Plymouth draws closer and closer to opening its doors here so here is our final build update before the grand opening in a couple of weeks’ time.

We have appointed a new Community Manager to run the building. Meet Owain, he was a property manager for a student letting agent before joining Venaspace and has been a Plymouth Resident for the past 7 years after relocating from Newcastle. Our keyless door systems have (finally!) arrived, after much delay from being stuck in a German port. These allow you and your employees 24/7 access using the dual purpose keycard/member’s card. These door locks were the last major part of the project that was outstanding, so with this we are just some set up away from being able to open fully.

The all important coffee machine is on it’s way to Plymouth too. We know how important a good cup of coffee is so our brand new bean to cup machine will keep your teams caffeinated all day long!

The beer tap has been installed and the first keg of Bay’s Brewery Rock Larger is ready to go. The Venaspace team may have already made sure it is working. We can’t be having it fail on the first pull!!

Our grand opening event will be coming up in a couple of weeks’ time too. You can meet the Venaspace team, have a tour of the building and treat yourself to some complimentary drinks and nibbles. We can’t wait to open the doors and show you around this incredible workspace.
